I limit my inspections to only one home inspection per day. No hurrying through your inspection to get to the next one.
You have my undivided attention for as long as it takes me to complete an accurate, thorough and unbiased analysis of your property (usually
3 to 3 ½ hours, on site).
Following your inspection,
I will carefully analyze the information that I have collected and will provide you with a report that is comprehensive and very easy to read and understand that includes what I found in the inspection and photographs of the areas of concern noted in the report. Your report will be made available to you within 24-hours of your inspection.
During the inspection, I will walk you through and show you any areas of concern and discuss them with you.
After Several weeks or months,
After settling in to your new home and upon your invitation, I will make a second trip for free to review your report with you to follow up.

I am available to perform inspections in the early evening and on Saturdays and Sundays.
I am not a member,
Of any real estate associations or real estate companies. I have no political alliances or interests in the real estate community. (I don't sell houses.)
I am in the business of home repair, and will not benefit financially from the repair of any defects noted in my inspection report. I do not pay real estate agents, brokers or any other persons for referring me to their clients
